  • I"d forgotten completely about this song. THANKS for posting it!

  • ive been looking for a song that im told is by tonio k called cinderella's baby, i can find the lyrics on google, but i cant find the actual song, the only one i can find is a be-bop type of song in what i think is german, if anyone can help me find it, id greatly appreciate it!

  • i recorded this song from WXXP in pittsburgh when i was little!!

  • @hebneh In 1986 Tonio signed with a label called What? Records - this label was owned by a Christian company but was intended to get Tonio and a couple of other artists out in the mainstream, as well as being placed in the Christian marketplace. Tonio had had a Christian experience and was doing some recording and concerts in the Christian arena, but within a couple of years had distanced himself from that into a more liberal type of Christianity.

  • Yep-definitely waffles.

  • This song makes me wanna have sex. or waffles.

  • I remember this song very well from radio play when it was new, and having not heard it for years, I'm now finally finding it again.

I have to wonder why two of the older comments for this song are referencing Christian music - ? What does THAT have to do with this song??

  • The best song from the "Summer School" sound track movie 1987 ! !

  • This song was on the sound track for "Summer School" with Mark Harmon. I believe it was played when the surfer girl was trying to put the moves on Mark's character. It is actually a question, not a statement. To many of Tonio K's songs are hard for mainstream Christians to appreciate. In the linear notes for "Rodent Weekend" he states this was his biggest hit and it wasn't even on one of his albums.

  • They played this song on WXXP in Pittsburgh all the time and there wasn't any complaints from anybody. Great station that I still miss.
