Okay, so was thinking about a nice happy video, but fail at them. Fail at videos in general really XP

Sooo this is my mum. Contrary to what people think, my mum had NO influence in me starting riding when I was younger. She herself started riding when she was 12 and then moved to Newmarket and worked in racing for over 16 years. She stopped when she had me and my brothers, and then she went back and decided it wasn't for her anymore. Since then she's been for a few hacks with me, but not for a few years now.
However..! One of her life long dreams is to go on a mustang drive in America. And this year we're doing it!! Just me and her!! :D :D
So she had a lesson last night in an adult group after my lesson, and she had a great time. She's going to have a few more, start hacking and then start riding out in Newmarket to prepare herself for the 6 hours (+) riding everyday!!! ;P

Anyways, my lesson on Morris. Best lesson ever! He was so good, really getting him now. Transitions are getting there and position. I had a flatwork lesson on him last week and that really really help majorly. Only thing now is believing he's going to get over it. Over the double (which were each 3ft + uprights) I got left behind first cos I didn't think he'd do it after previously taking out a jump. But hey ho he did and he's bril :D. Btw I wasn't being run out with, I was doing like angle jumps and they were really hard when it looked like a double! Lol! But sooo happy with last night. Got offered to go to Cornwall with my instructor and meet the horses I'll be breaking in and bringing on this summer, but was too short notice :/ Booo!

As for work.. Things have settled down and are getting better. Desperate to ride there again, but spoke to my boss and she basically said that the accident with Elliot was such a shock and she doesn't want me riding cos it's too risky. Even though I actually got on with Elliot and didn't crash him through a wall.. but her word is final and no questioning. For the time being I'm putting myself into looking after the racehorses. They're babes.
