vinyl off is not an effective product. I work at a company that specializes in used police cars. Sometimes Vinyl off will work on some stickers but not on most. it is terrible on reflectorized decals. The adhesive off was a good product. The product called ghost off was good also but I do not recommend the vinyl off. Just dosn't work like they say.

Vinyl Off is intended to remove VINYL graphics. Many reflectives have a polyester overlay that prevents Vinyl Off from penetrating through the vinyl. Many users have successfully removed reflective police, ambulance and even forest ranger decals that were literally baked on. One great tip when working with reflectives take a 100 grit sanding sponge and lightly "rough" up the surface before applying Vinyl Off. Then follow the instructions on our how to sheet.

@earthbrown8 --I wanted to update this post to say we have listened to the requests for a product that WILL remove Reflective tapes and now offer a product called REFLECTIVE Vinyl Off. This products is designed to remove polyester, mylar, reflective graphics used on police cars, emergency vehicles etc. For more information please visit our website.
