  • I for one do not want to see a trend towards rule going back to the dark ages.

  • It's not right to pick and choose the verses that suit your personal agenda. Especially when you are using them to keep one group lower than another. The bible was not meant to justify discrimination. Or actually maybe it was! It's what kept the tyrants thousands of years ago in power!

  • The bible has many passages many christians choose to ignore. If the gov were to base all laws on that book I don't think christians would be very happy about it.

  • The bible may be a foundation for particular religious sects, but if you think our gov should be based on the bible you are asking for evangelical sharia law

  • @ThePolarisis4 You seriously need to read a bible. It's what founded this Country. The Founding Fathers all "Born-Again".Historians do twist God's words.Marriage,Family,Economy all was based on the Bible.

  • @ThePolarisis4 @ThePolarisis4 Well, this Nation was founded by "Religious beliefs"and there is a line that separates State(Government,Poltics, etc) and Chruch(God's word,Pastors,Congregation). It's in the Old Constitution, read it and be amazed.Neither one can cross the line but our "New Government" wants to cross the old and true line.

  • This guy is a whakadoo... People created churches and governments. Not God.

  • Marriage is culturally defined. It is a social and legal contract between two or in some cases more people. Biblical verses are irrelevant to this issue.

  • Religious beliefs have no place in a government statehouse

  • Amen,Pastor..Let this Nation have it...The Truth...Yeah,Americans...Truth HURTS doesn't it.Anti-Gay ?No, He and others who believes in Jesus Christ and "Thus Saith the Lord".Who's THE word and beliefs that founded and built this once great Nation
