WPVI - The New Action News Bumper - 1996

A companion piece to the open and partial close I've posted. This is the new bumper. Again, used for only a few days and actually withdrawn before the opens were.

I think this was the most off-putting part of the package to me. The open works, but the bumper just does not, plain and simple.
