this was the best bomberman battle system ever!! until they changed it back to the normal room with just boxes everywhere. this was a million times better than the latest bomberman games, yet it got bad criticism. i dont get it, i could play battle all day.

If you press the start button too much on the main menu of the game (choosing which game to play) you get extra stages on vs mode after Field of Grass and that stuff was more fun than the preset stages.

This game is one of my favorite on the n64.

Had hours and hours of fun playing it.
