BONSAI EASY NEW METHOD PART 21B-JUNIPER PROJECT

THIS VIDEO IS IN TWO PARTS, "A" AND "B". THIS IS 21B.
I TAKE A NURSERY SPECIMEN OF A JUNIPER THAT IS USUALLY USED AS GROUND COVER. IT WAS SO DENSE INSIDE I WAS UNABLE TO SEE WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH THE BRANCHES, BUT I COULD FEEL SOME GOOD THICK STOCK TO WORK WITH. I GO THOUGH THE ENTIRE PROCESS OF MAKING THIS LARGE LUMP INTO A BONSAI. Hi Nick, I would think that you should be able to cut the dangling piece fairly short, but give it extra rather than not enough foliage. You can always trim it down further later, if you see the plant is doing well. Hopefully this will spur some dormant buds to sprout,maybe from the trunk, creating a branch structure, and eventually, a tree-like vine. Jerry

Hi, Vines can make great bonsai. Grapes are a vine that make a nice bonsai. I just planted a bunch of grape seeds. Give it a try and let me know how it works out. Jerry

Is it me or is this guy cutting this bonsai wrong? lol it looks like he took the bonsai tree to super cuts and got a hair stylist that went scissor happy. i hope those cuts gave good scars cause it sure looked like he didnt give a flu

Please people! be warned.. this is NOT the way to make bonsai!!!! for one, all the foliage on this juniper will have brown tips in a week, because i is pruning it wrong. Go watch Graham Potter, hes my favorite here on youtube. Chasnsx is good too..
