Hi all,
I've had a few requests about how I did this setup, so I am going to chuck together some notes and put them up on my website as soon as I have a chance - super busy at work at the moment. Unfortunately its not a quick answer as the rig is quite complex with a number of expressions and utility nodes involved. I will post an update when I have something up..
