@haldarsaurav123456 They retail for about $1600.00. They've been out for a while, but you may still be able to find a Lionel dealer that has one in stock.

Could you tell me please, what smoke fluide do you use? And how acually does it work? I mean, is it heated inside the loco? What makes it evaporate as a smoke?

@alteragnostik I use a smoke fluid called JT's Mega Steam, but there are lots of brands on the market. The smoke fluid is a thin oil and when it is heated by the heating element in the smoke unit it produces smoke which is then blown out the smokestack of the engine.
