@mountain19 I don't understand the actual case with sirhan. there are some documentaries which say that sirhan had been protecting himself by pretending amnesia, when initially he admitted everything. then they also say that his diaries have been forged and two or more different handwritings have been found in his diaries, with voices of different people, suggestively.

now, this one suggests that he was the one who did it all, but could not remember. What is anyone else's take on the matter?

@starmanskye Do you doubt the loser made that comment about "20 years malice aforethought" his at trial? Or did the court reporter misquote him at the direction of the US Government?

RFK did a 90 degree turn to his left to shake a busboy`s hand, which exposed the right side of his head to the loser, who had his arm fully extended while shooting.

Do the math : Dozens of witnesses saw it. Not one saw any person other than the loser firing a gun.

Since being convicted, his tactic has been to use the "amnesia ploy"...in hopes that publicity seeking shrinks and lawyers will take up his "fight for freedom". It has zero chance of succeeding.
