hey..cupcakes are GREAT...when you are 5 years old at a bday party. Other than that.....FUCK CUPCAKES!!!! and anyone who has the utter gall to sell them labeled as 'gourmet'.

Don't worry about the cats Adam. There's still plenty of little corner stores in Brooklyn, and EVERY ONE of them has a cat. Hell the one up the block from my house has a cat.

I think it is less about the cupcakes and more about the society of manchildren (and womenchildren, I suppose) who never grew up and are helping create many of the problems he bitches about (ie out of control Welfare, crapping out kids, etc). The cupcakes are an easy to identify side effect of a whole generation that never grew up and became adults.
