The reason that this is possible is because of a physicist. He predicted that if you hit the cue ball at a particular angle with a certain amount of power it would cause the ball to curve in such a way to be able to pull these off. If you don't believe me check out one of the pool trick shot artists who show tutorials about how to do this.

some of them are easy.... just physic....

A boy does it with 19 balls and the cue ball lays just a few inches (maybe 5 inches) in front of the pocket!

ivanstruger - i also think is fake.....mainly due to the laws of physics. The cue ball CANNOT land like that if struck from an angle like that!
