HR669 has not passed. It's a bunch of crap there's no reason for it to be able to pass. They literally want to give restrictions to owning almost all dog breeds. German Shepherds are in the list. What would happen to K9 units? What would happen to AKC? Good thing it failed to pass.

the goverment should not try to take away the right to own pets. but i believe they should try to prevent animal hoarding in the united states. there have been many cases where people have owned up to 300 pets, their houses completely trashed and the animals dying. And when the animal cops come to their door are they going to say "dont mess with my pets!" ?
