Deinterlace Method: Interpolate Fields
Sony AVC encoder
Started with "Internet 1280x720-30p" template but changed the bit rate to 11 Mbps, which actually delivered 8 Mbps. Also changed the audio to 320 Kbps, 44,100 Hz.
Render time: 14 mins on my core 2 duo T7800 @ 2600 MHz with 4GB RAM
