  • @Frenki85 Terran mech is good because it works on the same principle, you will starve for gas, but have plenty of minerals to basically waste hellions. Only problem is that mech is very hard to pull of in TvP, ,much more than in TvT or TvZ. Basically, the matchup is screwed, but you can't see that when you write situational comments like "5 stimmed marauders will kill colossus".

  • @TheTTGL: It looks like MMA made good choices that could have won him the game very early, but he just didn't follow them up or capitalise, basically allowing Hasu to catch up again. While he was flanking with his medivacs, his larger army was sitting inactive.

  • I don't really understand how Hasu is always able to catch up so fast. can anyone tell me?

  • Protoss is a depressingly a move race. It takes 17 marauder hits to kill a zealot wereas it takes only 10 from a lot to kill a marauder. That plus the rediculous ranged splash damage, terran doesnt stand a chance. protoss complain about emp, but look at the splash dealers u have -- colossi, archon, storm which perfectly synergizes with forcefields.

  • @bnasax161969 Protoss don't just A-move you retard. Have you ever played Protoss in a league above wood? It requires more than just A-moving. But you know, Terran is so op that there really isn't any reason for toss to try once Terran have their disgustingly powerful MMMVG. That combo destroys all Protoss ground and air. They need to just remove the emp from the ghost and put it on the raven, then it'd be fair.

  • @bahpben Well I was assuming you were taking the position of defending Protoss and saying that Terran have different unit speeds and make an argument out of that. Besides Zealots and Sentries relatively have the same unit speed as marines and marauders, only stalkers would give the Protoss an advantage unless you want to stim your Marines or Marauders (lol) but not a lot of people do that.

  • The problem is that zealots synergize very well with protoss units. Take a match up of like 25 maurders vs 5-6 collosi with micro the Terran should win with an overwhelming advantage. But mix in like 5 chargelots which the remaining 10-12 maurders should be able to handle makes the battle much much harder. The terran can still win but the level of micro goes up ridiculously. And all the toss has to to do is A move.
