This Chuck really has the pipes for this song.....Nice work vocally. Ariel is not as strong and her movements are awkward.....No connection with Chuck. She needs a BELT that is for sure!

this was good, but the energy and acting was really bad. the one thing i really really liked was chucks singing, that was pretty awesome. however, the bit at the end ruined it for me. chuck is supposed to be a scary high school dropout, not someone who goes and talks to the audience like that.

i also don't like the broadway music at all. the original movie version is so much better. (that's the music we used in our school performance). kudos to chuck, though, he did a great job!

Again I agree he can sing but the blocking and choreography was utter shit it was terrible Ariel can't sing or act worth a shit in fact no one can act and that bit in front of the curtain was stupid and uncalled for.

meh.. great vocals byt i was bored to death watching it.... more energy and chemistry wouldve been amazing :) i played ariel in a recent production... we had so much fun!

I agree fully with everything that you have said and to stop all you doubting tom's out there I also was in many a musical when I was in high school including but not limited to the Voice of Audrey II, a flaming homosexual waiter, and The Pharaoh in Joseph.

terrible acting, bad musical director (no harmonies?). chucks part is not supposed to sing every note, although he did a great job vocally. but the production quality was shit. this ruined footloose for me.

and p.s.

anyone who is out there saying that i wouldn't have the guts to preform in front of people, or sing, ill have you know that i am in footloose right now, cast as chuck cranston, and was recently asked to be in high school musical 2
