this is from the 1st Velvet Underground record ("The Velvet Underground and Nico"). Not mush else sounds like it but I'd recomment "White Light/White Heat", also by the Velvets, "Loveless" by My Bloody Valentine and "Daydream Nation" by Sonic Youth. Hope that helps.
