Ewa Wesołowska "Notes on the Water" art installation - park of Oliwa. Gdańsk

On 15th July 2010, the opening ceremony of the "Notes on the Water" art installation took place in the park of Oliwa (one of the districts of Gdańsk).

The project has been accepted for implementation, together with three other projects yet to be produced and installed in Gdańsk, in the competition for a water art installation inspired by the person and music of Frederic Chopin
("Chopin on the Water" Competition for a water art installation).

It is the first one out of four artworks selected to be constructed in Gdańsk.

Over the whole period of exhibitions, all the projects will have a chance to be juried in a public contest which is organised by the "Community of Gdańsk" Foundation in cooperation with local media.
