  • Sausage making is not an easy, it's messy and hard work I've made sausage for years. Have my own smoke house.

  • @Bluemilo No secrets here--For breakfast sausage, my "secret" ingredient is real maple syrup. Mace is another "secret" ingredient! Mace adds an extra something even to kielbasa sausage.

  • I will do this, I got the book too. but I wish you share me some of your "secret recipe" :))
