But.....How far country can sustainabily manage environmental concerns with foregien Adds?
Country lacks good commitment and multisecter based environmental action?
Most of the Universities and course here are producinig students who talks, only , what is environment and pollution, but not how to tackle them tecnological and socioeconomic aspect..
