@owenschuta yes it is and there are too many lawyers which means pay is lower now. you can also buy do it yourself law kits like the will and divorce which devalues a lawyer. the internet also answers a lot of legal questions. all this has diluted the value of a lawyer.

there are too man lawyers out there today. market is flooded and loans are way too high. it's easy to get a law degree and the work hours are awful. work 80 hours a week? enjoy paying those high taxes on your income while your spouse cheats on you because you are never home to take care of her. awful.

that's why lawyers are so so greedy and out for your money because they gotta make the effort and pay for all that crap, and still may not pass their bar. and some of them like Johnny Cochran are devils in disquise.
