1: Fire up your ODST multiplayer disk.
2: There should be a message that says something like,
"We enjoy having you play Halo with Bungie for 3 years... we are opening up our secret armory chamber to let you have the special flaming plate that only Bungie employees can wear..."
3: Custimize your character so that his body plate says "Bungie"
4: Fire up a match and enjoy your new flaming head!!
