  • MAKE THAT!!!!!, MAKE THAT!!!!, oh yes (R.I.P. MICK COOK) D.LIGONS OF LAKEWOOD ,CALIF.

  • Mike is the 4th person to the right. By then he had gained weight.

  • Thank you.

  • "Skittles" LOL, I don't know you but you're crazy LOL!

  • Yes, I have known this group for a while. RIP Michael. I remember when he sung I Believe I Can Fly for an Audience member years ago. He will be greatly missed but not FORGOTTEN. Keep Pushing and Pressing on Mighty Clouds, because you know that is what he wants.

  • yup..u right...there is only ONE joe ligon...can't no body do it like joe...and they the sharpest quartet dressers! The rest of 'em looking like "skittles" in them loud colored suits! LOL

  • Joe Ligon had a heart operation and I hear he is singing like a young man again.

  • joe have one way to get you but he will hurt you every time with it he is dangerous there will never be another joe ligon never!!!!

  • hey i dont see mike in this clip

  • He passed away from a massive heart attack on July 18th. From what i read, it came suddenly one minute he was talking to his in laws and then he fell. This was similar to Frank Williams of Mississippi Mass Choir. He too had a sudden MI at the airport. He was also in his forties at the time, he was a tenor. In 04, it happened to my father as well. He was 68 with no history of heart ailments. He was a high tenor and he and my uncles formed a quartet in the 50's.They sang so beautifully.
