So all i have to do is replace the Diaphram how u show in the video? Are the cables detachable or are they welded(soder). How difficult is it? On the video looks simple is there any more steps to it? Thanks lot.

@lopezjulio1 Go to Orange county speaker online and they will have info on the site. Or search ebay.

Im having a problem with mine. The proble is only with the top part of the speaker. I believe its the horn it produces the high/ voice. The sound comes and goes away, i tap it and it comes on but then it goes away.

@juan51561 It's blown and must be replaced. When the sound goes in and out that means the contact is touching, but it will pull apart when the speakers moved or turned up.

I have horn distortion, could it be partially blown, does the old diaphram show damage
Thanks

@djbobbydeese On my Diaphram you could see the wire pulled apart. Sometimes you can still have contact until you turn it up and it will seperate again. This means it's blown. This happens with woofers as well.

How do you know when it's the diaphragm that needs to be replaced?

@djversastyle77 No sound. The diapham is the only working part on the horn. The rest is just the housing and magnet.
