  • Pretty rubbish. How hard would it of been to use some diagrams.

  • @andyheard The videos are intended and described in most and on the channel as if you are being coached 1-on-1. So, sometimes I don't use text or diagrams. I do however, appreciate your comment and right to do so, but it would help others if you have specifics. We might all learn something.

  • Thanks Marc Great tips a deep subject ,and a foundational movement that we can all improve on. its all about progress.Assesment in a mirror or video simple idea you see mirrors in most dance studios so thats where ill start (ive got the groove)

    Thanks Rich

  • @ultrafirepower Thanks Rich...much appreciated!

  • it would be a good idea show what your talking about, instead of just talking about it.

  • @ajamico If you read the channel descriptions you will note the videos (mostly) are to be viewed as if I am coaching you 1-on-1. Sometimes I will put in examples, but try listening as if I am talking to you. Sorry, if that's not what you're looking for and some videos in the future will contain more demonstration, but the point is to be coached as I have done for 25 years.

  • nice info, use a board

  • Good info

  • Agreed, everything needs to be considered. Fit, technique, strength, flexibility. No one area is a fix all.

    Thanks Marc!

  • Coaching is a global application of many elements. All of my work includes the assessment of movement, flexibility, strength and providing corrective exercises and or treatments such as inserts.

So, unless these other aspects are considered no fit, technique advise or an orthotic will improve performance alone.

I would never focus upon technique without first conducting an assessment.

    Thank you for your comments.
