  • i like HD more than tape man...

  • Dude, norway, you cant just say that! Because I personally preffer tapes! Lets say youre shooting an event with a hard drive camcorder, and you run out of space on the drive... youre basically screwed until you put it on youre computer. BUT with tapes, you can carry as many tapes as you like! And, with tapes, you can have physical copies, not digital ones. I have had MANY hard drives go out on me! So if youre too lazy to carry tapes, then hard drive is for you!

  • Why big brand company like Canon, Sony and Panasonic price their camcorder so high when there is similar camccorder from Aiptek selling for only $120?

  • i do not agree

  • everybody should agree with me that a great cam like HV30, a hard drive is a MUST, and ofc the camera DOESENT have it.

    what a shame...

  • Nice video. What camcorder did you shoot it with?

Thanks for posting from the CES 2008.

  • Wow.. It looks a much better and it is much better now with 30p. But the better news is that the hv20 price is gonna DROP!

  • What an ass. A clueless one at that.

  • We wanted 24p pulldown flags and gain control not a bigger zoom control!!!

    Greedy bastards.

  • I hope the HV30 has FLASH drive so we don't have to worry about moving parts. The DVD idea is horrible. I know so many people who had problems when trying to finalize or load it on their comps.
