  • I think it all depends on how one is measuring oneself. If you measure yourself extremely snugly, you certainly have to add some inches to get the accurate bandsize. But if your measument is somewhat looser, like when you are measuring the fullest part of your breast. then you shouldn't add anything.

I am sometimes a 34GG and sometimes a 32H (british sizing) But if I would measure myself extremely tightly without adding any inches, I would be a 30HH. And this is certainly not the truth.

  • @Sylvia5010,

You must realize a 28D is as big as a 32B. Cup sizes are only relative sizes. For example: A 42C is in reality bigger than a 30G (of F in England).

  • its because this is for plus size bras

  • @DaNcErWoRlDwIdE its because this is for a plus size bras

  • It's weird because it's 2 different measurements, but both of you sound like 30D... the D makes it sound like you have big boobs but you don't compare a 30D cup to a 40D cup and you'll see the cup size has changed.

Bra design is done in increments. So a girl your size but with smaller breasts will drop down a cup. The other confusing thing is equivalents. Some bra sizes are equivalent to others...

  • @DaNcErWoRlDwIdE I know what you mean. My band is 28 and my bust 32. I have small boobs too. Definitely no where near a D. Im currently wearing a 34B. Feels about right. Though I think the band may be too large. I am not too sure :/ And I cant find a video that explains it right. arghhhh

  • @additionellevideo So if my band is 27 and my bust is a 31, I'm supposed to have a D? That can't be right. I have small boobs, i'm 4'11 and skinny.....hmmm
