Me doing round off, back handspring and back tuck. I haven't improved much. I fixed my bad habit of swinging arms between each move, but they still look disconnected.

  • Its just needs to be much faster. When you do running tumbling you build speed as you go. Where here you just threw them out. If you stay tight momentum comes easy. I used to have the same problem. And on the tuck its was good. Just set up a little more and then go back and tuck at the peak of you're set! Very nice though (:
