This is a song and video I wrote, performed, and produced for the Norton/Snoop Dog rap song contest conducted on the http://hackiswack.com in Sep-Oct, 2010. It had to be under two minutes long and had to raise awareness about cyber-crime and how to protect yourself, etc. I hope you like it and rate it and leave a comment! I appreciate it

You may not know it yet but there's a cyber-threat
Coming through the Internet
You can bet they're trying to get into your computer
You're pwned, Now you're part of the botnet

Without a doubt they're in and out like a flash
Stealing all your virtual cash
While you're awake or even while you slumber
They're taking your credit card number

They endlessly break in and keep on taking everything on your disk
Without proper security, your identity is continuously at risk

We gotta do whatever we can to stop'em
We gotta do everything we can to block'em
Remove all the malware
Turn on our firewalls
It's time to stop running scared
And shut down the virtual criminals

They're back in again installin' a Trojan
Or virus, or a worm, or sending you spam
with a link to make you think it's legit
But don't click on it! It's a scam

It's a fact
They endlessly hack and attack and break into your system
But you don't know
Here they come, there they go
You're unprotected and you just missed'em

But at the end of the day
We're here to say it doesn't have to be that way
There's a better solution
There's a revolution
To stop the whole cyber-crime institution

We gotta do whatever we can to stop'em
We gotta do everything we can to block'em
Install Norton software
Turn on our firewalls
It's time to stand up, if you dare
And shut down the virtual criminals
