These guys are the best! Every sunday during football season i start grilling two hours before the games. Sausages and peppers/onions, baked potato with sour creme and a iced cold beer, Is on tap this weekend. It don't get no better than that!

Hi I have a question...I have been having problems with the inside of the sausage (I used italian wiener sausages) staying pink (or the raw color). When you cook em this way is the inside cooked too, with the pink all gone?

@tanujoruganti ...Slow grilling and "low and slow" bbq will often produce a pinkish color in some meats. ...if in doubt, use a thermometer! Easy enough!

then you always wanna add a pinch or two of some cigarette ashes and a little truck engine grease....thats what gives it the REAL flavor!
