I've always loved Johnny Gimble. I really love the twin fiddles on faded love. Nothing like it. Tanya Tucker even refers to it in her song "Cowboy Lovin' Night".Good stuff.....

Johnny Gimble has such a nice grandpa look to him...

What a special moment. Love to hear those old tunes, especially with the unique Bob Wills stamp. Goosebumps, indeed. Thank you.

@RasMajnouni This is Bob Wills' signature tune. Aly is one of the great fiddlers from Scotland, that's Johnny Gimble and his son Dick; Johnny is already in the Country Music Hall of Fame, a fine all-around musician and played in Bob Wills' band in the late 40's and early 50's. Alvin crow is a Texas fiddler. I agree with onetalltxn, this is one that'll give you chill bumps indeed! What a fine video and thanks crtUK for it.

Undoutedly the best fiddle tune ever, and the best playing it. Don't get any better, shame our youth don't even know what they missed. Thanks crtUK

I've seen Johnny Gimble in concert a few times.
What an intelligent, talented and humble man.
Is "Aly Bain" a city or state in Australia? They all seem to be Americans . Are they Ambassadors of Goodwill to DownUnderland?

? I don't understand your comment. about Australia - Aly Bain is Scottish (from the Shetland Islands). The others are Americans because the programme was about American music.
