@VenumosFate you obviously have never heard of Steve Gadd, Stewart Copeland, Vinnie Colaiuta, Mike Portnoy, Gavin Harrison, Steve Weckhl, the list goes on and on man. If you look there are lots of amazing drummers out there. I'm not saying that Neil isn't great, he is 100% but saying that no one else is as good as him isn't very intellegent comment

The technical term is over-dubbing. He sings it twice, thus doubling his voice. Studio trickery isn't as good.

I like neil for his creativity there are other drummers out there that have comparable chops - but old Rush was the Ultimate for total expression.
