  • @nossawja What kind of organ is this? Is it electronic or pipe?

  • Nicely played... and how can Liturgical Music be anything but beautiful? Having said that, I still have a special fondness for the Jubilation Mass by James Chepponis. It's a "newer" setting (1980's), and simply lovely. Perhaps my fondness for that setting comes from the many happy memories I have of singing it at Masses when I in high school choir and for special Masses as a Cantor in my parish before I moved away. I also prefer a major key, but that's just my ears.

  • Worship is about connecting with god on a personal level. It doesn't matter how good the music is or who plays it. If you turn something as beautiful and spiritual as god into battle of the bands, perhaps you should read the Bible more, reiki2guy. Loving our father and creator isn't a competition and when people treat it like one, wars start. Do you think God, the manifestation of love, wants that?

  • @reiki2guy I guess you should pray to Our Father to improve your respect then. :)

  • We don't benefit anything by being negative.

  • Can you perform Vermulst's Mass for Christian Unity? I miss it so much!!!!

  • @nwside7725 I might lack respect, but at least MY congregation SINGS our Gloria with power and conviction and great enthusiasm. I stand by my comment, since this is about COMMENTS.

  • Really classy there.
