Hmmm, i was convinced this song was about being on tour and being away from loved ones, he does say : "i can't work a nine to five" perhaps meaning that he can't work your avg joe job, and he goes: "when i come back there be no time to clock, i'll have enough money to buy out the glocks" when he returns he'd have money from his music and buy out the guns to demote violence.

After all, the magic of music is how one can interpret it however he/she wants too!

Presumably yes, most likely in the single.

I can't confirm it as I could only find the track list from the Makin' Runs Remix single of the song. You should look for it in online stores that sell the single with the original album version.
