How do I get "Heard scream in front J's"? I´ve played the scenario like 30 times and I don´t get it yet

Man This is Old video But i just happend to find my game :D i was searching it for more then a years now. I was wondering how infinity works out in outbreak since ive never finished this game offline :(... Im a wuss in Resident evil Original style games))) res 4 n 5 was too EASY

@MrAndrecostinha kind of..but not on yourself only on your ai partners...equip first aid spray and press the shoot button and it won't run out so u can use it 2 ur allies only.

@starrman100 ah no you can turn it on/off..but u can't turn it on/off once u started a game u have to decide to turn it on or off before u start a game
