I would go with the centaur

Reasons:

1)The crossbow gives good distance and range.

2)Horses run fast right so when the Minotaur is going to attack the Centaur,the Centaur can run away fast cos its half horse half human though the horse body is an advantage to the Centaur

I disagree with most of them. It would take way more than one arrow from the crossbow to fell a minotaur. And minotaurs are no slouches either. they can move.
