【材料】:鯛魚2片、吉士粉1碗、蔥2支、薑1塊、花生醬1大匙、腐乳汁1大匙、酒1大匙、糖2小匙、鹽1小匙、雞粉1/2小匙
【做法】:
1、鯛魚先切成條狀後放入調味盆中,接著放入薑片、蔥段、酒、鹽、水醃漬備用。
2、花生醬加少調成泥狀,再把豆府乳按壓成泥狀備用。
3、再把吉士粉加入少許水調成粉漿後,把鯛魚條放入均勻沾上粉。
4、起油溫約150-160度的油鍋,再把沾好粉的鯛魚條放入鍋中炸,炸至酥香後即可起鍋瀝油。
5、把花生醬和豆府乳依2:1的比例均勻混合後再加入少許水、鹽、雞粉、糖、調味即完成調味醬汁。
6、接著把蔥切蔥段。
7、起鍋熱油後把蔥白放入,再放入調好的醬汁,接著再把炸好的鯛魚條放入稍稍拌均起鍋前再放入蔥綠。即完成「花生醬魚柳」。
