Very nice! I bought a toaster oven a while back to try this, but never got a chance to do so...
This won't melt the plastic of headers/sockets, will it?

Look at 0:50 upper left to see 0805 resistors settling in nice.
Final Stage, press Off-Button 2-3 seconds after last solder melted.
As going over 260c for more than 10 seconds is not good.
Do NOT use if for food later due to lead build-up.
