@SelfMade714 This video was a satirical representation of the "Cholo" culture to provide comic relief through the juxtaposition of a "cholo" which is generally regarded to be a hardcore figure similar to a "gangsta", and the silliness of the video. With the expectation of a "Cholo" already existent in the minds of the audience the ridiculous actions of the actors in the video would cause the audience to respond with laughter. It is clear that you did not understand the point of this video.
