this is the original 1980's version of the song. all other remixes and edited versions of the song, i believe are garbage, stupid, and fuckin stupid! the remixes and editations those people do ruin and kill the song!

He's talking about a fad for Gmod video makers, they basically make a nonsense video that's hilarious on merit of being unpredictable and shocking, and name it 'cocaine'. He's talking about the video that uses this theme in it's video.
