That looks like the chinese city connection version. if it is, it is indeed uncut, but the picture and subtitles are extremely bad. the American Tai Seng version is better (it has 'The Untold Story' written in yellow on the cover. this version is uncut, has a far superior picture and subtitles. But, nice box set. Where did you get it?

The Picture Quality from the movie disc sucks, and its not anamorpic

Those raptor digis are just beautiful... everyone that I have seen... A lesson to other companies of what can be done!!. A real nice video of a very nice looking boxset... Well put together with some really cool artwork..
