OMG Amanda this is a killer one!!!! I made 4 rounds and 3 exercise in 20 minutes, don't know how but I made it, I'm pouring sweat!!!!You're awesome, keep this killer workout coming!!!!

@steepphh My philosophy is never do the same workout back to back, do the other workouts on different days. It keeps your body guessing, which is much more effective, not to mention less boring!!

Hey Amanda! i've just read that you've been a pro distance runner! I would love to start with running myself. I'm not that unsportive but I don't know what kind of running program I should do. Like how many miles for the start etc. can you do a video about a good running workout?

@vanymay Absolutely! To start though until I get the video up the best thing to do is to just start slow and build up. Start with a 1.5 mile run/jog/walk each day just to get the blood flowing for if you want to take up running and then I can see what I can do about a video.
