  • @SereneiBE It's up to you. You're not an adult yet, and still growing. Personally I wouldn't start till 21 or 22. It's also expensive, so you may have trouble affording it. In reality most of us don't really become fully adult in physical terms until our late 20's, and I've seen men in their 30's that are physically much stronger than those in their 20's. You will still age, however, your cells will not, it's a difficult concept.. but it could add 20-30 years to your life, maybe more.
