  • i own a ruger 10/22 similiar to your's it's black synthetic stock with stainless steel Barrel and it has iron sight's no inegral flash hider like you mentioned.. and it is drilled and tapped for an optic option as well as extended mag release.. all like your rifle here. but just like u stated the flash hider adds a goofy expense to an other wise IN expensive rifle. the flash hiders you can buy online for 20$ and then install them yourself.. and u get the same look and savev$

  • @shootload1911

I wouldnt really call it a goofy expense, it is not the flash hider that adds to the cost so much as the threaded barrel. If you live in a state that allows them this will let you install a suppressor with no other modifications or replacing the barrel. I agree that if you have no plans or can not legally own a suppressor there are cheaper ways to get a flash hider if thats your thing.

  • this video went from a gun review to a magazine review

  • @Ivebeeninyourmom

Very true, but the operation of most semi auto 22s is a direct reflection of the quality/consistency of the ammunition and the reliability of the magazine, this magazine seems to be sold everywhere the gun is sold in my are so I focused on it. Also I did not spend much time on the gun other than the specifics of this model because I think there are 8.2 million reviews of the 10/22 already and most people have fired/owned or know someone who owns this gun.

  • is there another "tactical" ruger 10/22 out there? i coulda sworn i saw a ruger factory "tactical" 10/22 at a gun show this past year with a couple rails? im pretty sure it was factory. and pretty sure it wasnt a tapco or troy chassis. i know it wasnt the sr-22 and it definitely wasnt the one in this video or the other version you mentioned with hogue stock. i hope i am not imagining things because im searching online and cant seem to locate a picture.

  • @Wesbunk94 yeah thats the one. thanks.

  • as far as the after market mag abuse test.. thats cool i guess, however realistically this is a sporting .22 with sporting after market cool looking stuff, it's not a DELTA FORCE/ NAVY SEAL/ MARINE FORCE RECON BATTLE RIFLE. so your gonna get what you pay for. and a 20$ after market mag is gonna perform like a 20@ product..

  • Thanks for the Vid - I"m considering the 10 22 is the wood stock much different?

  • a really a cheap stock and i would rather walk around with a banana clip

  • ruger now makes factory hi cap mags, they are far more Superior than the aftermarket mags,

they are called the bx 25.i bought mine for 25 bucks.was well worth the money.they also come apart with two screws and are very cleanable.they look cool too.well worth it guys.and girls. nice vid.lol u didnt have to bust your mag for us though.that was way funny.
