Hi everyone! Okay, so I'm preparing food for the upcoming week and decided I would film a quick video of the results! :) The stuffed mushrooms are basically a cooked food recipe for mushrooms stuffed with cream cheese and green onion, converted to a raw food recipe by using finely chopped almonds as the base!! Thank you Natasha from rawradianthealth for the inspiration for the cookies!! Nothing fancy, just delicious food!!! Bon Appetit!

  • Natasha is a great girl.. but doesn't reply or write at all.... I guess she's a busy a girl.

  • @thugricanz :(

  • @myjourneytoraw Also, I am thinking of buying a food dehydrator. ^_^;; is it good? But the problem is I don't have any recipes for it.. perhaps you could share that one?^^

  • @thugricanz Hi! For the sesame cookies I mixed ground sesame seeds with some honey and then dehydrated! :) The thing with the dehydrator is you can experiment all you want until you find the flavours and combinations that you like the most!

  • I am going to buy one of those!^^

  • @thugricanz Yummy! :)

  • Looks amazing

  • ..Now I'm thinking of it, there is just one concern at the moment :P

  • I live abroad and I am thinking of ordering a dehydrator in the (near I hope) future. I've heard that the Excaliber is one of the best. However my concerns are:

    1) This (paperish) material that the foods are lying on, is it something that I'll have to replace and buy often from the site that I'll buy the dehydrator? Cause obviously I can't make orders every now and then. Or is it washable or sth I can find in a supermarket? ...

  • The sesame cookies look like something I want to try; don't do well with nuts but sesame is ok. thanks for the idea.

  • you are a gem thank you

  • @myjourneytoraw Thanks!! I am certainly going to buy the dehydrator.
