..Now I'm thinking of it, there is just one concern at the moment :P

I live abroad and I am thinking of ordering a dehydrator in the (near I hope) future. I've heard that the Excaliber is one of the best. However my concerns are:
1) This (paperish) material that the foods are lying on, is it something that I'll have to replace and buy often from the site that I'll buy the dehydrator? Cause obviously I can't make orders every now and then. Or is it washable or sth I can find in a supermarket? ...

The sesame cookies look like something I want to try; don't do well with nuts but sesame is ok. thanks for the idea.

@myjourneytoraw Also, I am thinking of buying a food dehydrator. ^_^;; is it good? But the problem is I don't have any recipes for it.. perhaps you could share that one?^^

@thugricanz Hi! For the sesame cookies I mixed ground sesame seeds with some honey and then dehydrated! :) The thing with the dehydrator is you can experiment all you want until you find the flavours and combinations that you like the most!
