@TheGhostkrusher the liquid used for this is called liquid glass or sodium silica its teh stuff used in head gaskets sealent that u put into the radiator to seal cracked heads and head gaskets and it can even seal cracked engine blocks when at ambiennt temp its a clear liquid but when it gets hot it turns to glass and thats how it seizes the engines

@lopiaz123 Helping who? People like me who want to buy a so called clunker but have to pay more for them because so many have been destroyed? Obama has done nothing but hurt the ones who need help. This is one of dumbest, most wasteful govt projects I've ever heard of. But I do agree some of these people are morons or at least didn't do their homework on the program.
