You are officially one of my heroes. That snake reminds me of a cat in it's overall demeanor. The way you interact with the snakes is really amazing. You treat them with kindness and respect and I think they can sense that. That's why I believe this cobra isn't in attack mode. One of these days (after some good training), I would like to work with these type of snakes. My favorite are Elapids, but I would be happy to work with any. Thanks for the inspiration.

@viperkeeper Well, I'm not an expert with snakes but I know a fair amount about them (I'm only 13 by the way) and I just want to see what the babies look like. Maybe I shouldn't because, well, I'm not an experienced breeder and I don't want Nagini to get hurt or anything.

This guys way to happy with snakes
Do you have any Gaboons? I hear they are very docile and they won't bite unless seriously provoked.

@viperkeeper I have an Eastern female garter snake named Nagini (from harry potter) and I was thinking of mating it with a male Canadian garter snake. Is that possible?

@em91198able Yes, but why would you want to make an intergrade?

@arwen114 Never apply mite killer directly to snakes, unless you want dead Mites & Snakes.
