This is a five-part series for W-B Council meeting of 5-12-11.

Video length is restricted to 15-minutes or less by You Tube, so the whole meeting had to be edited and split up. This whole process (video taping, post-production, rendering, video compression and uploading to YouTube) takes between 12-15 hours depending on the total length of the council meeting.

Thank you for your patience. This is strictly done on a Volunteer basis by Scott Spinucci and Integrated Media Services.

We welcome interns and volunteers and will begin to solicit donations to increase the number of public meetings "broadcast' on YouTube.

PS- While I'd like to better the audio quality, for various reasons, what you hear is what you get - unfortunately. It's pretty good however because the acoustics and sound system in the meeting room are actually quite good. Normally, I'm a perfectionist when it comes to other video projects but the whole idea is just to cover the Council meetings and get them out there to people who can not attend.
