This series is an alternate universe of All Purpose Cultural Cat Girl Nuku Nuku. It has very little to do with the original story besides the charactors names, the way hat some of them act, and that Nuku Nuku is an andoid with a cats brain inside.
It is mostly a reformed version of the Nuku Nuku tv series and is my vote for the best story, between the OVA and the TV series.
