I did the scooch of shame for about 10 years and after seeing this video just a few weeks ago, everything changed. I used to get this huge knot right over my shoulder muscle on the left side especially and sometimes my arms just get tired, I would just take a break from yoga for a few months. Over the years I did develop strength but having this tip has made a huge difference, because now I can do chaturanga after chaturanga after chaturanga without getting tired.
